Vnvision established a performance Management System (PMS) cascading the Business Plan to the Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Critical Success Indicators (CSI’s) of the executives of the company at different locations. In parallel the description of the key positions emerged in the plan were detailed to enable the positioning of the right people in the right positions. A knowledge Management System was subsequently drawn up and communicated to the key executives with view to integrate the system with the existing portal based communication system.
