Developing Performance Oriented Culture: Vnvision crystallized the overall plan of the organization, reviewed the organization structure and evolved an appropriate performance management system. Throughout this exercise Vnvision interacted with the key executives of the company with their participation the entire executive group of the company were trained into adopting the performance management process. Vnvision applied large group and team facilitation with spaced repetition for quick understanding.
